This series is called People Who Have Swum In The Blue Sky. Going through cancer treatment in 2012 made it a very difficult year for me. In response, I made these paper and acrylic sculptures. They represent the people who have gone through some type of personal difficulty. Hold cursor over image for description or click for enlargement. Dimensions vary (heights range from 8″ to 9.5″).
