Vic Sullivan was born in Drummondville, Quebec and studied under Harold Charles Boyes, a well respected Montreal artist and colourist. He also studied Pastel Portraiture at John Abbot College in Ste. Anne de Bellevue, Quebec.

Vic enjoys plein art paintining and being with nature. His friend and fellow artist, George Purdue, have traveled throughout Ontario to paint all the seasons of nature and to meet her unique challenges.

Vic is currently teaching adults and children at his home studio.
